My Planting Design service focuses on selecting the right plants for your soil, light conditions and garden style, creating a layout that offers year-round interest with minimal maintenance. I curate planting combinations that thrive in your environment and keep your garden looking beautiful in every season.
I can also provide post-design maintenance support — either by helping you care for the garden myself or by creating clear maintenance guidelines for your gardener.

Initial Meeting
Every project with Natalia Gautrey begins with an initial consultation. This meeting is your opportunity to share ideas, desires, and any challenges you are experiencing with your garden. Natalia listens attentively to understand how you wish to use the space, the styles that inspire you, and the atmosphere you aim to create. She also provides her professional insight into the garden's potential and proposes solutions to address any existing issues. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed summary with recommendations, a clear plan for the next steps, and an overview of the estimated costs—providing you with a transparent and confident path forward.
Survey and Site Analyse
Your garden dream will require a Survey and site Analyses. Alongside the Survey, you will be invited to complete a garden brief to outline your wishes for the space, which will then be reviewed and discussed together. At The end of the Survey she will draw a Concept Plan with her recommendations for the best design for the garden. If there are problem areas, she will suggest the best solution. Before proceeding to the Garden Master Plan she will prepare a Mood Board to help visualise your ideas.
Presentation Plan
Throughout the process we will have up to three contact opportunities to revise the design. She will suggest the best matching materials, the best suppliers. If bespoke structures are needed she can provide a specification drawing.
At The end of the process she provide:
• Presentation Plan.
• Visualisation Drawing which would be- Elevation, Axonometric Drawing or 3D Model.
• Layout Plan for Contractor.
Planting Plan
A Planting Plan, following your wishes and her recommendations. The best solution is ecological planting, where she will suggest plants according to soil type, site position and with all year around interest. With the planting plan she prepare a list of plants with their Latin names and Quantity required. Visualisation Drawing in request.
